Phillipa has lived and worked in the Ponsonby area for the past 22 years, working in Real Estate for the last 12 years. After spending 4 years working in property management she went out on her own 6 years ago and set up Hot Property Management & Rentals Ltd, which has become a successful local business which thrives on continued referrals from satisfied landlords and tenants.

Since 2001 Phillipa has been a Committee member of the Property Managers Division of the Real Estate Institute.

In 2003 Phillipa became an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, obtaining Licensee status.

Cath has been working in Rentals and Property Management for the last 9 years, and has been working with Phillipa for the past 8 years. Cath has built up an extensive property management portfolio which she oversees, dealing with all aspects of the rental and management of each property. Cath is an important part of the Hot Property team, being experienced, extremely patient and very hard working.

Fiona has been with Hot Property since February 2006 and is an invaluable member of the team. She is responsible for the running of the Trust account, the day to day administration work, and keeping Phillipa and Cath in check.
