Phillipa Gordon, AREINZ

Phillipa set up Hot Property in 2000, following an extensive raft of experience at Ponsonby Real Estate and Culmer Realty. Although she has previously sold real estate, Phillipa’s passion always lay in rentals and property management, so when the opportunity to purchase the property management roll of an ex-­‐Bayleys franchise arose, she just had to take it. She has grown Hot Property to become a successful business, which thrives on continued referrals from satisfied landlords and tenants.

Phillipa has been a resident of Central Auckland for over 30 years and knows the local area inside out. She became an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand in 2003, obtaining Licensee status.

Cath Williams
Property Manager

Having lived in the area for more than 30 years, and worked in the industry for almost 20, Cath knows more than a thing or two about Central Auckland real estate. As a specialist in residential rentals and property management, Cath joined the Hot Property team at its outset in 2000. Cath has a very loyal client base, which has grown largely through referrals and her commitment to providing the highest standard of service to both her landlords and tenants. She has built up an extensive property management portfolio, for which she oversees all aspects of rental and management for each.

Cath is experienced, hard working and extremely patient, always achieving the best possible outcome for all parties.

Christine Bagley
Accounts

Christine originally joined Hot Property in 2000 and worked as a loyal part of the team before leaving to have a family. She rejoined the team in 2009 and is responsible for the Trust Account, as well as incoming rents and outgoing bill payments (water, rates, maintenance) for all our properties. Christine is extremely honest, trustworthy and precise, with a killer eye for detail. She’s totally unflappable, which is crucial in this industry and is a great asset to the team.
